30-day return window

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. To be eligible, an item must normally be unused, in the condition received, and returned with its original packaging and included parts. Proof of purchase is required.

Return shipping and non-refundable costs

For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless we state otherwise in writing. Original outbound shipping charges are not refundable. If an item is confirmed damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, we will provide an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return shipping where a return is required.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing items

Contact us promptly after delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. Keep all packaging until the claim is reviewed.

Refunds

After an authorized return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, generally within 10 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Order changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help if fulfillment has not begun, but an order cannot be changed or cancelled after it has been processed or shipped.
